My perfect loaf of milk bread

My novice bread-making skill has reached the next level of understanding the chemistry of bread.

Here is a successful end result.

The dough rose beautifully.

Glossy glaze of melted butter on top, making me wanting to pull a piece and commit to a sinful crime of carb hoarding.

Soft and fluffy I could turn it into a pillow and sleep in there so that I can have more dream of bread making.

(I need to invest in a bread knife for better slicing.)
