Breakfast for the champs

My boys love home made pancakes. For today’s breakfast, they had it with egg omelette and fresh bananas. I snuck in half of the whole wheat flour, used coconut oil instead of butter, and replaced regular sugar with organic coconut Palm sugar. The end results still yielded some darn good fluffy pancakes. They have that earthy tone to the touch of my palate.

But they did not complain. It’s all good!

    1. Chị mà khéo tay gì em ơi. Cũng vì mùa đông ở nhà nhiều quá nên chị phải tìm gì đó tiêu khiển chứ không để đầu óc ngu muội đó em. Có hai thằng đậu thíach ăn những món chị làm nên chị mới có tinh thần mà làm thôi chứ không là chị nằm vùi một chổ.
