O said that I don’t put up enough nice looking photo of him on this blog, but only captured moments when he was most awkward. Well, what can I say, those awkward moments are what I like best. 😀 He looks good and charming to me in many ways, specially when he is with the boys; making my heart melt into yummy mushiness every time seeing them together.
On this specially day of his, I like to put a very nice looking photo upon his request, even though he does not read this blog at all. But I will tell him later, that my blog readers finally see how charming he is when dressed up and looking professional. I took this portrait back in September (yes, the green in my backyard that I miss so much!) He used this photo for a publication at his agency, which was written about his one-year experience in Somalia.
A few months ago I was joking with him that AARP will soon send letter of membership recruitment, and not too long ago he actually received one, which cracked me up so much that my joke is now a reality. He is officially right at the mid-40s mark!
I have so much to say about him, and want to write all those down so the kids will later learn about their father through my written words. But I will save that for some other time, when my mushiness is down to the low level, or else this blog post will be exploded with lots of goose-bumps due to excessive adulation. 😀
Here he is, my partner-in-crime, best friend, father of my children, and a life-long companion.
Happy Birthday, my Mr. O!!! 😀
