After a week or two of rain, my earthen bed of Asian chives grow in leaps and bounds. With the impending move in three weeks I no longer care about gardening so these babies just took care of themselves with growing. Chives are so low maintenance, and easiest to grow.
They are going to be in my soup with cubes of soft tofu — canh hẹ đậu hủ non — for dinner. I also make braised ginger chicken. This is the first full meal I cook this week!
I need some real fiber for my hard working pipes. 😀
