Phở to the rescue

I saved a little bit of every thing after a few rounds of making phở. A bit of noodles, a bit of broth, a bit of meat. Then on a day that I crave for a hot and savory bowl of phở, but don’t have time to cook, these little bits and pieces are put together just for that one bowl to satisfy my longing for it.

    1. making beef phở is a test of your patience. 😀 Tell her to try making chicken phở first, because that is less complicated, less time-consuming.

      But if she wants to try it again, I suggest this young woman who does a wonderful job explaining the steps.
