Fitbit lost to phở

Fitbit has been keeping me disciplined this week. I ate well and healthy, exercised more than I did in the past, guzzled down more 75 oz of water each day, was constantly on the move. Then today it’s raining and it is also the day Mr. O comes home from a week of travel, of which he usually wants comfort and broth food to ease him back. 

I decided to make beef phở. 

All those calories that I worked hard to burn off this week lost to a flavorful bowl of phở. 

I couldn’t resist the temptation; my knees were weakened at the sight and smell of phở broth. 

Fortunately, tomorrow is another day given that I can work harder to burn off these guilty calories I just inhaled. 

Phở won, every single time!
