The temperatures have taken a dip in the morning. We have to turn on the heat to push back the chilly fall air before the kids wake up to give them some warmth. They still insist on wearing shorts to school although they would shiver during the morning walk to school campus. My favorite time of the day is between 8 and 10 a.m. when I only need to put on a light sweater over a long-sleeve shirt and pair that with my jeans and I am ready to go.
Hectic day today.
I spent most of my time putting little touches here and there alongside with the interior designer who also did her final staging touches. The photographer came at 1 p.m. to do her job so that our house could be officially put on the market by 5 p.m. We had to eat out two days in a row because I cannot use the kitchen or the stove for elaborated cooking. Everything has to be clean, neat and tidy and be ready for potential buyers to come for viewing at any time.
Yesterday we had Vietnamese food and today we had Indian food. Tomorrow, hmm, maybe we will have Mexican. Taco Tuesday sounds good to me!
We are the globalists. 😉
So it is official — our humble adobe that we have embraced for these past two and almost half years is now on the market. And now the waiting game begins…
I don’t want to let it go.
